Licenza per SV8100 che aggiunge la funzione “Skill based routing” (richiede almeno Rel. 5.01)
Con la funzione ACD una chiamata entrante può essere distribuita ad un agente in base al livello di priorità (skill) dell’agente. Skill Based Routing può essere impostato su ciascun gruppo ACD. Skill Based Routing supporta “Normal Login” e “AIC Login”. Il range delle priorità va da 1 a 7 (la priorità 1 è considerata la più alta).
